A writer is someone who can express the world as they see it, feel it, and understand it through simple yet powerful words. This ability is often natural, shaped deeply by one’s surroundings and the people who influence their journey. Amit Palash was born on October 16 in Basti district, Uttar Pradesh. His father, the late Shri Prem Prakash Srivastava, served as an officer in the Electricity Department and was also a respected Hindi writer and journalist who published a daily newspaper, Yugbodh, from Ghazipur. His mother, Mrs. Mahima Srivastava, came from a literature-loving and enlightened family. These influences played a significant role in nurturing Amit’s love for reading, writing, and intellectual growth. He also shares a strong bond with his elder sister and two younger brothers, who have always supported him. He began his education at Hari Vidya Mandir in Sahupuri, Varanasi, and later earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth. Professionally, Amit Palash has worked in event management since 2010, organizing medical conferences in India and abroad. In 2021, he joined the Rudraksh International Cooperation & Convention Centre in Varanasi. His debut novel is Das Lakh Saal.
